DESCRIPTION
This product white or light yellow powder, and formed by acrylic amide. It is a highly effective encapsulator. It can control shale hydration and enhance mud viscosity of drilling fluid, and has good water solubility.

Usage & Dosage

This product can be used into all types of water based drilling fluid. It performs well in salt water (even in saturated salt water) and in high temperature (2000¡æ), and is highly compatible with modified lignite, SMK, SPNH, lignin treatment agent etc.
Suggested dosage is 0.1-0.3%.

Package

The product is usually kept in multi-wall bags with inner polythene layer, and net weight of each bag is 25kg.

STORAGE

The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse with environment temperature controlled within 122F and relative humidity 50%. It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from heat and fire; the recommendation for bag piles is no more than 8 layers.
The expiration period is 12 months. It should not be utilized unless examined and qualified if out of expiration.

Description

This product is a medium charge anionic polyacrylamide in emulsion from that is used as a flocculant in a wide variety of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment application. It has been successfully applied in all liquid/solid separation systems including clarification, thickening, and dewatering.

Usage & Dosage

This product must be pre-diluted in water before use. It should not be applied neat. One method for dilution is adding the neat polymer into the vortex of a mixed tank at a concentration between 0.25-1.0% polymers (0.5%is optimum) by weight.

PACKAGE

The product is usually kept in plastic drum, with each net weight 25 KG or 55gallon; Special packages are available based on customers' requirements.

STORAGE

Suggested in-plant storage life is 6months in opened drums. For best results, store at 50-80¨H. Drums and bins should be mixed very well before first use and weekly after that. Do not allow emulsion polymers to freeze. Should freezing occur, allow the product to thaw thoroughly in a heated area and mix well before attempting to use it. For spills of this product, sprinkle vermiculite or equivalent obsorbent over the spill area and sweep thee material into approved chemical disposal containers. Do not spray water onto a spill because the resulting gel is very difficult to clean up.
